FMV-Extractor is a freeware 32-Bit GUI utility for extracting video clips
from other files, such as games, non-interactive demos or self-playing movies.
It can find and extract the following formats :
- Bink (R) Video
- Smacker (R) Video
- MPEG-1 Video
- AVI Video
- Quicktime (R) Video
- RealVideo (R)
- Interplay Video
- Bitmap pictures
- JPEG Pictures
- WAV Audio
- MIDI Audio
- MP3 Audio (BETA)
To extract clips from a file, just follow these steps :
Select Clip Types
First of all, you should decide which kind of clips you want to look for.
Choose any combination of cliptypes by cheking or uncheking the
corresponding checkboxes in the box labeled 'Available Cliptypes'.
When in doubt, you can always just select all.
You can also search for MP3 Audio, but that function is not fully tested yet.
See "BETA Features" if you want to give it a try .
